urinary tract infeftion is usualy treated with antibiotics and antiseptics.and side effects are expected but after the complete treatment and the patient will be recovered from the disease , thres no more premature ejaculation or any isde effects of the treatment.
Let us say that there is no conventional treatment for urinary tract infections which has premature ejaculation as a side-effect, but I cannot speak for unconventional treatments.
