Can you still be on the “Abs Power Diet” from Men’s Health Magazine if you are trying to bulk up?

Also is it okay to take creatine on top of this diet?

    I´ve also thought that Author, Zinczenko leaves a lot of undiscussed issues, such as creatine and other supplements; I have been on the diet for a month, but I´ve only done the nutrition part, since I have a personal trainner at the gym, and I am amazed at the results.

    I would say that it´s OK to take creatine; I don´t take it because it upsets my stomach, but go ahead!
